2	Eileen06 Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 2/5/2009 4:05:21 PM I also have taken flagyl for trichomoniasis, an infection I caught rather quickly years and years ago after a small stint in county jail and using their toilets and the r.n. told me everyone comes down w/the trich here. Like an infection from splashing urinary toilet water back up onto me...I guess their water system isnt all that clean when multiple people use them and I remember a terrible odor and horrible itching. But flagyl was definately what they gave me and it went away as soon as I finished the meds.
