There is no definitive way to say what Prednisone looks like, the way it looks can ary greatly by manufacturer, there are no guidelines saying that all pills containing a certain med have to look the same. They can vary in size, color, shape and imprint.

The only guidelines for pills from the FDA says the imprints have to be unique for identification purposes. Even these differ from company to company and according to the dosage of the pill.

Now, as to this pill, Z 2907 is Furosemide 40mgs.

It is a generic for the diuretic Lasix, this helps to increase the amount of uring a person passes to help the body lose water and salt to help treat high blood pressure.
