1	Crystal Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 1/28/2009 5:02:32 PM I was unable to locate SZ494. I did find that Vicodin does not make 100o mg tablet. Are there any other markings on the pill? Is it scored? what is the shape? Any more information will help us help you find the right drug.

5	Jiggyboy Says: Report Abuse Friday, 11/20/2009 7:37:32 PM There is no such pill that is a 1000 mg vicodin, possibly 10 mg of hydrocodone and 1000 mg of tylenol, but not 1000 mg of vicodin. I have been on all levels of hydrocodone for over 10 years, and have never seen or heard of a vicodin 10000. The highest level of vicodin that I know of or can research, is 10 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of tylenol (Lortab 10), and 10 mg of hydrocodone and 325 tylenol (Norco 10)
