1	Woodstock 2009 Says: Report Abuse Monday, 6/1/2009 9:51:13 AM WELL if your wife has a STD, the Dr. would spoke with you also, most of the time, they give antibotics thru injection at the Dr. office, an the Dr. in turn reports anyone with a STD to the county s health dept. now I don t know if they consider gential herpes as a STD since it is a very common occurance, the symtoms are very red raw looking in the glans area behind the head, a female will have small water filled blisters that break an itch like chicken pox, they say that 1 in 5 sexaully active people have gential herpes an don t even know it, the only other condition that could cause this condition would be scabies or the 7 yr itch, it caused by a mite, an coming into contact with a person by working with them or sharing the same lockerroom can cause this, symtoms of this very bad itch an burning, they dig under the skin an clumps sometimes the size of a nickel will appear, sometimes these clumps congregate, it best to see your Dr. as soon as possible, if its scabies an caught in time it can be cure in as little as 1 week, if it gets a start, who knows, an amoxicillin is generic for pennicillin product
