Monday, 6/5/2006 9:25:42 PM soma or soma compound? Regular soma can cause marked drowsiness, loss of appetite, euphoria and blurry vision. On the other hand, soma compound has a narcotic pain reliever in it called codeine. It can cause addiction and constipation as well as the other side effects listed above.
