I believe I located you pill, the only difference is the numbers read 54 over 452 Click here to see a picture of the pill. This pill is Lithium carbonate 300 mg, which is used to treat mania in bipolar disorder. Initially, lithium is often used in conjunction with antipsychotic drugs as it can take up to a month for lithium to have an effect.
