i take simstatin for 2 years after heart attack but when i have been sat down or driven a car for a while i find i can hardly put one foot inj front of the other for a few minutes?is this va side affect

I had a heart attack last August and have been taking Simvastin. Jsut went back to work and had terrible leg pains. Really debilitating. Cardiologist took me off Simvastin because it can cause permanent musle damage. Side affect of this drug. Call your doctor..
