2	Roy Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 7/23/2009 2:48:17 PM Telsartan and Telsartan-H contain the principal active ingredient Telmisartan (plus HCTZ in the case of Telsartan-H). They are manufactured by Dr. Reddy's in India. Possible side effects may include: Diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, sinus inflammation, upper respiratory infection. Because of the nature of these drugs it is highly recommended to have a physician monitor you while taking them, since there are a number of possible complications which may arise. It is important that they know your medical history as well.
