But my Blood sugar post prandial comes around 180. Fast sugar also slowly increases from 100 to 110. Now I would like to know whether Use of Telma-H may increase blood sugar level?

They are NOT, however, the same, so substituting one for the other is not advisable without your doctors approval. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and dry mouth.
