The pill in description marked FL 10, is Lexapro (10 mg).

Lexapro is an antidepressant used for the treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder; other indications include social anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The other pill in description marked DAN 5658, is Cyclobenzaprine HCl (10 mg).

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant, typically prescribed to relieve pain and muscle spasms.
