I have chronic fatigue, because I have auto-immune disorder, and many illness so that I have chronic pain. I was seeing a Physchiatrist who prescribed Provigil-my insurance denied it but I was able to get by with coupons, now he has moved, my current pain physician gave me a prescription for it but again ins would not precert, way to expensive for me as I am on disability. My family Dr. gives me Ritilin, but it's no good. I am tired all the time, mind mind can't stay organized, I could just lay down and drift in and out of sleep all day. No desire to keep house or anything physical. Is there anyone who knows where I could get help?

Unfortunately, since you do have insurance, that means that you will not qualify for most of the programs available to help provide medications for people in need.
Have you tried seeing if your insurance will review your need for it and make an exception, or seeing if perhaps you can get Medicaid to cover just that prescription? Sometimes if you are dually eligible, they will cover what your private insurance or MediCare will not cover.
