i have had crohn,s disease since 1976. my weight was 90lbs. have taken this drug since 1982. never once in 27 years has any doctor said this is a good drug. i am now 53 and have had no serious side effects. my crohn,s does not allow me to hold a job. i need to be near a washroom. i smoke like a fiend and am in excelllent condition. if i do not take this drug for three days, i can not get out of bed. i am sick and tired of all the lies about this drug. it has allowed me to live a normal life and i did work as a taxi driver for twenty five years, i knew every washroom within the whole town. i am on disability know, i have no pain if i do not drive, i can do any job as long as i am near a washroom. my neck is bad from driving so many years. i have no mental problems, but am very blunt, can not be strongarmed and fear nonething. i have had no bone loss, and have to watch my white blood count. if i was to take the advise of every doctor i have ever had connect with, which is stop taking prednisone, i would look like a aids victim within 6 months. i am 5feet 7 and weigh 186lbs, no fat face, no belly, and have never been out of control. this is a miracle drug if you use it right and are in the right frame of mind. most people who take this drug are wacko,s and listen to there quack doctors. this drug will cure anything, i can quarantee that steriods will not be taken only by the wealthy in twenty years, the poor people will wise up and know the truth, life saver.
