3	Olive Says: Report Abuse Saturday, 11/22/2008 2:35:30 PM Prednisone, I was presribed it 7 years ago for Arthritis.which has steadily got worse,Doctors still say I mst stay on it.I have been tried on other drugs,also, but still am told to stay on predisone although I cannot see any reason for it,I am now on 10 mg. per day,every day.
