My wife is taking practin 4mg every night since last 6 months as part of migaraine treatment. Do it cause any health problems/side effects? Please help me to get true information.

Practin is not from the US, it seem to be from India. I did however locate the active ingredient in Practin, it's Cyproheptadine.

Cyproheptadine can cause drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, and over sleeping.
