I have a small yellow tablet with raised heart on one side.
It is approx. 1/4 in diameter. Any help would be appreciated.

Supposed to be a muscle relax. Small white roundscored with 502 on one side

This tablet contains 2mgs of Tizanidine, a generic for Zanaflex. This is, indeed, a muscle relaxant.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.

Small round pill on the back has a line to split it on one side of the line it says 30 then on the front it has a M inside a box so a m with a sqare around it is it a oxy or a morphine please let me know
