Yes, this tablet does contain 300mgs of Oxcarbazepine, a generic for Trileptal, this is an anticonvulsant medication. So, it is definitely NOT a narcotic pain medication of any type.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache.
