2	Lisa Says: Report Abuse Monday, 10/6/2008 9:21:21 PM While it is true that too much Tylenol is toxic, you can safely consume 3 grams of Tylenol per day, that's 3000 milligrams. Anything more than that, you're risking liver damage.
