Pills with the 44 on them followed by additional numbers are manufactured by LNK and they do not do prescription products. They manufacture OTC products which are then provided to various stores such as Kroger or Eckerd as generics of their store brands. This one is 500mgs Acetaminophen, a generic Extra Strength Tylenol.
