1	Crystal Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 7/2/2009 4:50:21 PM Penorit (active ingredients are Ethinyl Estradiol + Norethindrone) work by preventing a woman's ovaries from releasing eggs (ovulation). They also thicken the cervical mucus, which keeps sperm from joining with an egg. The hormones in combination and progestogen-only pills also thin the lining of the uterus. This could prevent pregnancy by interfering with implantation of a blastocyst. I did not find anything stating it could destroy a pregnancy, I did however find out that you should not take this drug if you think you are pregnant, and if you did I would contact your MD right away. Also Penorit (Estradiol and Norethindrone) is found in breast milk. 2	Seema Naz Says: Report Abuse Saturday, 3/6/2010 1:24:58 PM i am 32 years old lady and i think i have a pregnency but i dont want this my periods date was 20th feb but its not come so i take 4 couple of tablet penorit but condition still like before plz give me right direction i am married and i have already 2 kids my husband is not coprative hubi and he donts want more kids plz help me sir
