We are in Mexico and was prescribed Pasmodil, Metamizol Sodico caja con 20 grageas. We're not sure what symptom this is for and what it is.

Metamizole is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat various types of pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
