4	Medlady Says: Report Abuse Monday, 8/10/2009 6:33:04 PM I am a medical technician in downtown pittsburgh, and hand these out everyday. If your pill is bright orange, oblong, with I-2 on one side only, then it is 200mg ibuprofen (taken for pain, headaches, etc.- just like an aspirin)
