This is basically the equivilent of American Darvocet, but even slightly milder, it contains 65mgs of Propoxyphene and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. So it is not very strong at all, as a matter of fact, Propoxyphene has been proven to be a cardio-toxic agent, that they are currently trying to have removed from the US market.
