White Pill that has MYLAN on the top then a Line all the way across withe the numbers 199 under the line.

The pill containing a score mark with MYLAN 199 on it is Clonidine 0.3 mg which is used to treat high blood pressure, alcohol withdrawal and as an aid to help stop smoking.
