light blue round pill scored, with C75 on it -- picked up the prescription at Sam's Club -- it was a refill, the original pills were round and white, are these the same pills?

C75 is Amlodipine 5 mg and Olmesartan 40 mg which are the active ingredients in Azor, which is used to high blood pressure.

Do you have any more questiosnor information to add? Please post back if you do.

i picked up my refill from wal-mart today of metoprolol tart 100 mg and received a big blue pill with c75 on it are these the same medication as before ?

Yes, it is now reported that the light blue pill with C 75 is Meoprolol. There's been a lot of confusion lately with manufacturers discontinuing certain products, releasing new versions, etc.
