This pill is a large, white or maybe very light yellow tablet that has a deep cross score on the back and an arrow on the other side. I have searched the internet and I have see the ANACIN and it is not that. I am a death investigator and trying to figure out what this pill is. Thank you for your help.

Well, that's really all the information there is. The arrow on the back comes from the edge of the pill to the middle. The arrow small with a fairly slim, long tail, The scored markes look like a cross and are a deep inverted grooves. I spent hours on the internet looking this pill up. I even looked under ectacy pills and didn't find a match. It was in a prescription bottle labeled Antabuse 250 mg Tab BURR/DURAM. I also looked this exact pill up and they didn't match.
