2	Trish Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 1/11/2006 10:55:17 AM Keflex is an antibiotic so it will fight an infection if there is one BUT if not then your tooth ache will not subside.If you have a refill on it then yes you can get more otherwise your doctor/dentist may want to just evaluate your situation and then he can decide whether or not you need something more then just a quick fix
