Urbanol contains the active ingredient Clobazam, a Benzodiazepine derivative. This is an anticonvulsant, also used to treat some cases of anxiety and depression.

The reason it is warned about being used with certain anithistamines is because it can increase the effects of the Urbanol.

This can cause more severe side effects and reactions to the drug. To use them together, safely, may require a dosage adjustment of the Urbanol.
