1	Crystal Says: Report Abuse Monday, 7/20/2009 3:22:25 PM M357 a white capsule shaped pill, and scored one one side is Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. This pill is not made in halves, it's all combined together to form Lortab. I can tell you that the milligrams are 500 mg of Acetaminophen and 5 mg of Hydrocodone.
