1	Lisa Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 8/19/2009 9:23:59 AM My 112lb lab is on gabapentin. My vet says to give him 2 pills 2-3 times daily as needed (300mg ea.). Hope that helps.

This is usually decided according to their size and weight. Generally, I would advise sticking with what your vet recommends and seeing how it works for your animal, then you can always make adjustments as needed. Is there anything else I can help you with?
