If you are asking this, then I am assuming it was not prescribed for you by your doctor. Opiates are not something you should play with and take if they aren't prescribed for you, especially this one, Propoxyphene, the active ingredient in it, is a cardio-toxic agent that has caused many accidental deaths, and they are currently trying to get it removed from the US market.
