I know they are myths and old wives tales that say you can, but they don't really work, As to how long it stays in your system, it depends how long you have been taking it and how much you have been taking. If you were taking a normal dosage, as prescribed, on a regular basis, then Oxycodone only stays in your body for a little over 24 hours. If you are on it legitimately by doctor's prescription and facing a drug test, then all you need to do is let them know that.
