No, that's not going to work. When you take the regular release or the time released Oxycodone, it takes from 20 minutes to a half an hour to start working in your body to begin with, it would not process through to your urine to show up until later.
On top of this, they will be able to tell from the test, how much you took and how long ago you had taken it.
I would say, if you don't have a prescription for it, not to mention the fact that you tried to cheat on the test, you are probably out of luck on this job.
If you have a prescription for it, you should have just informed them of that to begin with, as it may negate the test, though they would want to verify the legality of your taking it.
