What are the effects of being i the sun if you ar taking HCTZ drug for high blood pressure

This medication can make you more sensitive to the suns rays and heat, meaning more intense skin damage, feeling much more overheated and etc.

It is best to use sunscreen and do not remain in strong sunlight any longer than you have to while using this medication.
