Trade-names of this drug include Darvocet-N and Digesic Darvon with APAP for dextropropoxyphene and paracetamol and Darvon with ASA for dextropropoxyphene and aspirin. The paracetamol combination(s) are known as co-proxamol or in the United Kingdom, Capadex or Di-Gesic in Australia, Lentogesic in South Africa, and Di-Antalvic in France. Common side effects include: Constipation, vomiting, drowsiness, lightheadedness, and nausea.
