I am going to post what I can find out on each one for you, along with common side effect information. Nexito contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, this is an antidepressant. These are well known for causing weight gain, as well as nausea, drowsiness and headaches. 6	Verwon Says: [Moderator] Thursday, 10/29/2009 3:51:12 PM Softovac is a supplement that is said to treat gastro-intestinal issues as well, it contains: cassia fistula 0.5 gm, fennel , ispaghula 2 gm, liquorice 0.25 gm, senna 0.75 gm It acts as a laxative. Side effects may include: nausea, diarrhea and gas. That said, it does look like Nexito is the only one that can have weight gain as a side effect, so it is possibly the culprit. For the tiredness though, that could be caused by any or all. Have you tried speaking to your doctor about these issues?
