I have diagnoses of high blood pressure, idiopathic hypersomnia and sleep apnea. I use the above medications and a Cpap machine. I also believe i may be perimenopausal. I have had nagging fluid retention in my hands, feet and sometimes face. I take 400 mg of provigil to stay alert during day but still feel tired most of time. I have no energy for exercise, sex, etc. Some days i am very hyped by the meds. I have also had tingling in my hands and sometimes feet usually when I have increased fluid. What do I do? Have not had any luck from my doctors who feel I need these meds. My thyroid is fine.
