I have been taking this medication now for over a week @ 2 times a day. I have noticed for about 5 days that my face seems hot and is red majority of the time. I was prescribed this medication for acne. Do you suggest i discontinue it right away?

I have been having really bad chest pains,and i haven't been able to eat anything hardly, ever since I started taking Doxycyclin 100mg. Can you please let me know why?

Can I drink at all while taking this? I take a pill at 5am, and 5pm, and will be starting vacation tommorro which will be day , 4 out of 7.

i am taking this medication and i hate it i throw up 30-40 minutes after i take it i am not allowed to take anything with calcium magnesium or iron 2 hours before or after so i dont know what i can eat any help would be great thanks

I've been taking it for about two weeks and since I started it (for acne) my skin seems really hot and thinner than it was before I started taking it. Today, my face itched, and within 5 minutes, my face was bleeding where I barely even touched it. It's wierd. Is that what usually happens with it?

I just started taking it yesterday and both days I threw up about 30 minutes after taking it. It doesn't say to take it with a meal, just water, which I did.

Have taken this for 8 days. Two doses left and am not going to take them. Has helped with sinus infection but severe aches and pains in legs and sensation of burning over entire body is terrible

In regards to Doxycycl Hyc 100Mg..I am subject to sinus infections that turn into Broncitus, This time I called my Doctor as I was too sick to come in and he called the priscription in. One capsule twice a day.. The effect was like magic... I am strating my third day of seven and feel so much better.Thank god for a wonderful doctor and Docycycl Hyc 100.

Have been taking this medicine for 30 days. Has not done anything for me. I still get acne breakouts daily.
Should I get another prescritpion and take it twice a day?

I was just prescribed this medication two days ago for my respiratory problems and it makes me so weak and sick that I cant function for hours after taking it. Before going online to check out what are the side effects I called 3 pharmacy's and they were all closed. I'm glad they were because no one believed me about how it made me feel and now after reading some of yours posts I don't feel like it's just me anymore. Thank You All!

I've taken it for 2 days now and have thrown up each day within 30 min of taking it, also have terrible headaches.

I am confused. It says to take one pill twice daily...so does that mean at the same time or one at one time then an hour later another one? Because when I take two at night at the same time, my throat feels constricted, but I can still breathe. It's just a bit disconcerting. I have been on this for two weeks so far.

I starting taking Doxycycl and with a couple of hours my body looked like a lobster, red from the top of my head to my toes. My skin is on fire. Stopped taking it and they put me on a z pack and benadryl.
