Overdose of Cortal can cause delayed labor, liver and heart damage for your baby, and liver damage to you. It does not cause miscarriages or end pregnancy. The only pill I know of that helps with preventing pregnancy, while possibly being pregnant only works 3 days after you have had unprotected sex. (This is true and very disturbing story) I knew of a woman who got pregnant and didn't want the child. She took pills and even tried a roller coaster to misscarry. None of these worked, she just ended up 6 months pregnant with a child that was deformed. She soon after had an abortion to get rid of the child. I believe taking Tylenol is ok during your pregnancy. Low dose baby aspirin is actually used in fertility treatments (to prevent clots and reduce miscarriage). Cortal For Children tab Active ingredient is acetaminophen 80 mg (paracetamol). Cortal Ibuprophen tab is ibuprofen None of these should cause miscarriage or prevent or end pregnancy.
