2	Jonaliza Says: Report Abuse Tuesday, 11/10/2009 4:30:08 PM bethel s30 is great the only thing is after a week of taking it i experienced sob and my heart was beating rapidly.I went to the doctor and he was saying i overloaded on caffeine .I am still planning on taking this pills but this time i will be avoiding anything that has a caffeine.I lost 11 lbs in 6 days.
