i found one of these pills in my sons room... what is it and should i be worried?

Well it is definitely not Demerol or Phen like the title of the original post says, this is Paroxetine 20mgs, a generic for the antidepressant Paxil.

There aren't many other uses for this, and it is a prescription only medicine, so if you son has it and it is not prescribed for him, the question is where did he get it, and what did he think it was?
