1	Slawdog Says: Report Abuse Friday, 12/12/2008 7:30:26 PM Darvocet--a combination of propoxyphene and acetamenophen(Tylenol). Propoxyphene is a synthetic narcotic. It is a controlled substance and ADDICTIVE!! Don't mess with it.
2	Carmen Says: Report Abuse Sunday, 9/6/2009 6:07:56 AM is darvocet 93490 a narcotic medication? . i took one early this morning for for severe menstrual cramps . cause i got my period too late and i get this severe pain when that happens . thats the reason why my doctor prescribe darvocet to me . ive been taking multiples medications for years , cause im very sick . i had even got morphine to take by mouth . but i had never try to take it, cause im really scared of morphin , to me thats the last pain medication a doctor can prescribe to a patien on pain . i also have two brain tummors , wich cause a very severe head ache , all day and nigh . the morphine was prescribe for this .

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
