1	Chris Picon Says: Report Abuse Saturday, 5/2/2009 7:53:12 AM I have had 2 bouts with pulmonary embolisims and am on coumadin for life. I have been perscribed and have had no problems with LORTABS for pain. This is the only pain med reccomended by my pulmonoligist and I have had no problems with it when needed.
2	Claus Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 5/21/2009 5:23:00 PM I want to reply, being on coumadine for 5months, and i am on approximately 600mg of per day and fentanyl patches{3ea 100mcg/hr) every 3days, which will be changed to every 2days. I have had no adverse reaction to the blood thinner, and i have no excessive bleeding.
