2	Mel Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 7/9/2009 6:14:55 AM Lyrica makes FMS pain work. Vicodin is not strong enough. Oxycontin 10mg for four hours as needed. Or tramadol IR + hydrocodone (without asprin or tylentol) works on about 70% pain.
