I have located a drug called Clonex, which is a brand of Clonazepam available in Israel and possibly other countries outside the U.S. There are also a couple of other drugs around the world going by the same name, but their active ingredients would not be indicated for back pain. Clonazepam can be prescribed as a muscle relaxant, but this is more of an off-label use.
