I know there are some so called fake medications out there;however, there's not as many as people think. Also, the fake ones are typically Viagra, Cialis, and now possibly Crestor and Zocor. The pharmacies that typically buy these fake medications are your small neighborhood pharmacies. I would stick with stores such as Walmart, Kmart, CVS, Walgreen's and Rite Aid.
