I need to know what kind of pill this is, it's a oblong light blue pill with the numbers 347 on one side

This pill is the Wal-Mart (Equate) version of Extra Strength Tylenol PM.

Cynthia is correct with her ID, a store brand of Tylenol PM, though you will find these same pills sold under various store names, not just the Wal-Mart Equate store brand.

It contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Diphenhydramine 25mgs.

These same ingredients and pills can also be found in the store brands of cold remedies.
