1	Verwon Says: [Moderator] Friday, 10/30/2009 7:15:35 PM They are both effective, the only difference is that the XR is a time released tablet, so the medication is released slowly into the body for a certain period of time and with the regular release, it is all released into your body at once. Has one of these been prescribed for you?
