2	Verwon Says: [Moderator] Monday, 3/9/2009 6:54:23 PM June, I am not sure if you will get a response, since this post was made almost 4 years ago. The dosage, however, varies from individual to individual, there is no standard dosing for Coumadin/Warfarin. It is decided by testing the clotting factor in the person's blood, then a dosage adjustment is made, if needed.
