Due to the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding, these combined formulations are not available in the US. They are both used to treat pain and swelling. 2	Jagdish Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 10/29/2009 6:51:57 AM IS THERE SIDEEFFECTS OF TAKING ACECLOFENAC-PARACETAMOL 200MG.(SR) TABS FOR A FORTNIGHT FOR RELIEF OF BACK PAIN IN back MUSCLES. I AM ALSO TAKING AMLOPODINE 5MG FOR BP. IS THERE ANY INTERACTION WITH 2 DRUGS TAKEN BY ME.
