I will be going back to work and will be testing for illegal drug use. I am on Neurontin due to a medical problem. Will I get a FALSE POSITIVE result on a test for illegal drugs?

In Dec. 04 I was tested while on this drug and I tested positive for MJ, and I have NEVER ONCE somed MJ! I would tell them you are taking this drug for your own safe peace of mind, I was rejected due to this AND DROPPED FROM MY OWN MD!!!

today i went to my probation officer and did a urine out if all the meds im on that should have come up marijuana came up, i havent smoked that drug in a very long time, im on neuontin,vyvnase, benzdiazapine, zantac. I just got done with a round of augumentin for a severe facial infection that was about 5 days ago. what would cause a positive marajuana results?
